Ross is a Partner at TRADITION COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LLC. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry in 2010, Ross served for eight years with the Army National Guard including deployments in 2003-2005 and 2009-2010 to Iraq where he earned a Bronze Star, Combat Action Badge, and numerous other accolades.

Ross has a BSB from Carlson School of Management (“CSOM”) at the University of Minnesota with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management and an MBA from CSOM in Finance. He enjoys various athletics and has completed a number of adventures including running the Boston Marathon, Ironman Madison, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, and more.
