Hunter Williamson is a Real Estate Advisor at TRADITION COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LLC, where he helps clients navigate their commercial real estate needs with a strong focus on detail, strategy, and results. He provides advisory services across buyer and seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, demographic and strategic analysis, and financial analysis.

Hunter has experience working across retail, industrial, healthcare, and office properties, which allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective and practical insight to each assignment. This diverse background enables him to add value to both his clients and the broader Tradition Commercial Real Estate team.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business and obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in the fall of 2025, a prestigious credential that reflects his commitment to excellence and deep understanding of commercial real estate.

A proud Twin Cities native, Hunter currently resides in Edina, Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching hockey, fishing, hunting, and getting outdoors whenever possible.

Hunter is also committed to giving back to the community and actively volunteers with organizations including Meals on Wheels, MN Special Hockey, Mission of Mercy Dental Services, Feed My Starving Children, and Edina Youth Hockey.
