With over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate and development, Joe Sullivan provides Project Management and Owner’s Representation services for clients across the country. In addition to the numerous projects Joe has led, he has personally developed over forty large scale, healthcare projects totaling more than 2 million square feet throughout the United States. His experience and understanding of the commercial real estate construction and development process ensures high quality projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, exceeding client expectations so they can stay focused on executing their strategy.

Joe realizes the importance of developing relationships with project partners and clients to create customized solutions to meet their specific project objectives. Joe understands the complexities of the industry and has direct experience with design and construction management, feasibility analysis, project proformas, ownership structuring, and project close-out and activation.

Joe will function as your sole source for project accountability and will provide leadership and oversight from project conception through project completion.

Joe graduated from St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN.  Outside of the office, Joe enjoys outdoor activities, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends.
