Louie Tuccitto is a Brokerage Intern at Tradition Commercial Real Estate, joining the team for Summer 2026. Originally from Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, Louie is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate at the University of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business, where he has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate, entrepreneurship, finance, and market analysis.

Prior to joining Tradition CRE, Louie gained valuable experience with the Saint Paul Port Authority, where he developed insight into economic development initiatives, the evolving commercial real estate landscape throughout the Twin Cities, and the role redevelopment and investment play in supporting regional growth. These experiences strengthened his interest in commercial brokerage, investment strategy, and relationship-driven real estate services.

At Tradition CRE, Louie supports the Brokerage team through market research, financial analysis, property tours, due diligence efforts, and the preparation of market materials while continuing to grow his understanding of commercial real estate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Outside of work, Louie enjoys hockey, golf, and staying active year-round. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outside whenever possible.
